These terms apply to your use of the Charisma Digital website at charismadigital.co.nz and the free tools and resources on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, “I”, “me” and “Charisma Digital” mean Charisma Digital Limited, an AI marketing consultancy based in Auckland, New Zealand, run by Lisa Byrnes.

These terms cover the website and free resources only. If you work with me as a client, that work is governed by the separate written agreement we put in place.

You may use this website for your own lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Free tools and resources

I offer free resources on this site, including the AI governance checklist and the AI governance check tool. These are general information to help you get started. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your own situation.

The AI governance check creates a set of draft guidelines from the answers you give. It is a starting point, not a finished policy, and not legal advice. The answers you enter are processed in your browser and are not stored. You are responsible for checking that anything you rely on fits your business and meets your legal obligations.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, designs, tools, and downloads, belongs to Charisma Digital unless stated otherwise. You may read it, and download and use the free resources for your own business. You may not copy, resell, or republish my content as your own without my written permission.

Email and communications

If you join my email list or send me an enquiry, I will use your details as set out in my Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

My website may link to other websites I do not control. I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Following those links is at your own risk.
